Comparison

AudienceKeeper vs CreatorFlow

Both send Instagram DMs when someone comments. The difference shows up after that: what you can see, what you get charged, and what happens when Instagram drops a comment on the floor.

Four reasons people move to us

We make one of these two products, so read this as our case rather than a referee's. Every figure is checkable and the sources are linked.

  • Three Instagram accounts, not two. Our Pro covers 3 at 15 USD. CreatorFlow's $15 tier covered 2 when we checked; the third account meant their $30 plan. For an agency or anyone running a brand plus a personal account, that is double the bill for the same work.
  • A comment Instagram never told us about still gets answered. Webhooks drop. Ours is not the only delivery path: a sweep runs every five minutes across every live campaign and picks up what the webhook missed. A dropped notification costs you a few minutes, not a customer.
  • The bill is the bill. No per-contact charge, no overage, no surprise line. At the monthly limit sends stop and each one is written to the log with the reason, so you find out from your dashboard rather than your card statement.
  • Every limit on our site is generated from the code that enforces it. Not typed into a marketing page and left to rot. If the product changes, the page changes in the same commit.

What actually differs

Both run on Meta's official Instagram Graph API, both are Instagram-only, and both charge per DM sent. So most of a feature grid would be two ticks in a row. These are the rows where the answer is not the same.

What it costs at three volumes

List prices as published on 13 September 2026, with the assumption printed beside each row: one DM per person, one Instagram account unless stated.

Monthly volumeAudienceKeeperCreatorFlow
Under 30 DMsFreeFree
About 400 DMs15 USD — ProFree — inside their 500
About 2,500 DMs15 USD — Pro$15 — Pro
About 4,000 DMs, 3 accounts15 USD — inside Pro on all three counts$30 — Growth, for the third account
About 8,000 DMsEnterprise, quoted$30 — Growth

The row that decides most switches is the fourth one. Three Instagram accounts at moderate volume is an ordinary shape — a brand and two clients, or a business plus a founder account — and there it is 15 USD with us against $30 with them, because their account ceiling binds long before their DM ceiling does. Over a year that is 150 USD versus $288.

At very low volume their free tier is larger, and at very high volume their Growth plan is cheaper per DM. We are not pretending otherwise; we are saying the middle is where most real accounts sit.

Where we would send you elsewhere

Two cases, stated plainly so you do not find out after paying us. Pick CreatorFlow if you need to collect email addresses inside the DM— they gate the link behind an email and store the contact, we deliver your link and stop — or if you are sending thousands of DMs from a single account, where their volume tiers are built for exactly that.

Everywhere else, the four reasons at the top of this page are the argument, and the free plan means you can check them against a real post rather than take our word for it.

When to choose us

  • You run three Instagram accounts. Our Pro covers 3; theirs covered 2 at the same price, with five requiring their $30 tier.
  • You want the bill to be the bill. No per-contact charge and no overage: at the limit, sends stop and are recorded in the log with the reason.
  • You want to verify claims rather than trust them. Every limit we publish is rendered from the constant the backend enforces, so the marketing page cannot drift from the product.
  • Meta's official route matters to you. We run on the Instagram Graph API with Advanced Access from Meta App Review, and we say so because it is checkable.

Frequently asked questions

Is CreatorFlow cheaper than AudienceKeeper?

At the same 15 USD a month, CreatorFlow Pro included 5,000 DMs against our 5,000 as of 13 September 2026, so on volume per dollar they were ahead. We allow 3 Instagram accounts to their 2. Which is cheaper depends on whether you are constrained by volume or by the number of accounts you run.

Which has the better free plan?

Theirs, clearly. CreatorFlow's free plan covered 500 DMs a month when we checked; ours covers 300. Ours is sized to prove the workflow on a real post, not to run on. If a large permanent free tier is what you are looking for, we are not it.

Do both run on Instagram's official API?

We do, and we hold Advanced Access from Meta App Review. We have not audited how any competitor connects and will not claim to know. It is a fair question to ask any tool directly before connecting an account to it.

Can I move between them?

There is no import either way — both are configured post by post. Rebuilding one campaign takes a few minutes, and both connect through Instagram's own consent screen, so running both on one account during a trial is normal and disconnecting either does not affect the other.

Run both for a week

Both connect through Instagram's own consent screen, so you can point each at a different post and compare the logs before committing to either.
